Fixed wire testing in Milton Keynes
Milton Keynes was planned around its grid roads and has become one of the largest logistics and office locations in the country. Magna Park, Kingston, Tongwell, Bletchley, Kiln Farm, Knowlhill and Linford Wood hold distribution centres, manufacturing and business parks, while Central Milton Keynes provides the shopping centre, offices and the theatre district. Stadium MK, the Open University campus and Milton Keynes University Hospital are large estates in their own right. We work extensively across all of these and attend as soon as possible, at a time that suits your operation. For the wider county see our Buckinghamshire fixed wire testing page.

About fixed wire testing and EICRs
Fixed wire testing, formally an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), is the periodic inspection and testing of a building's permanent wiring, distribution boards, protective devices, earthing and bonding. It is how duty holders demonstrate that an installation is being maintained safely under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and most insurers, landlords and accreditation schemes expect to see a current report. Observations are coded C1, C2, C3 or FI so that anything dangerous is dealt with first. For a full explanation of what the inspection involves, how often different buildings should be tested and what the codes mean, see our main Fixed Wire Testing service page.
