Electrical Testing for Airports, Terminals and Aircraft Hangars

Airport sites combine two very different environments under one strict security regime: airside hangars and MRO facilities on one hand, and terminal buildings, retail units and car parks on the other. We plan every visit around whichever combination applies to your site, working within airside access, security clearance and safety briefing requirements throughout.

Hangars and MRO facilities typically need large scale fixed wire testing and EICR inspections to BS 7671 alongside thermal imaging surveys across ground support equipment and high value machinery, while terminal buildings, retail units and car parks rely on regular PAT testing and emergency lighting checks under BS 5266 to keep passengers moving safely. Fire alarm testing to BS 5839 and lightning protection surveys for taller structures complete the picture across the wider estate.

Every engineer completes your site induction, security clearance and safety briefing before starting work, whether that means working airside or within the terminal itself, and follows your procedures throughout rather than working around them. Documentation is built to withstand scrutiny from your own compliance team, a regulator or an airport authority audit.

Check

Access Procedure Aware

Testing fits carefully around airside access, security clearance and safety briefings, coordinated closely with your operations team throughout.

Check

Airside and Landside Experience

Our engineers work equally well airside in hangars and MRO facilities, or landside across terminals and car parks.

Check

Rigorous Documentation

Documentation is rigorous enough to withstand close compliance scrutiny, giving you confidence during every regulatory or client audit.

Check

Scheduled Around Operations

We plan renewal visits around your operational schedule and quiet periods, so certification stays current without grounding any activity.
