Industrial

Electrical Testing for Factories, Warehouses and Distribution Centres

Heavier electrical loads and a greater risk of fire mean industrial sites need a different level of scrutiny than a typical commercial building. Our testing programmes are built around the demands of industrial electrical systems, so failing components are caught long before they cause downtime or a safety incident.

Given the loads involved, many industrial sites pair periodic fixed wire testing and EICR inspections to BS 7671 with ongoing load monitoring, tracking usage across the site to flag inefficiencies before they become faults. Thermal imaging surveys add a further layer, picking up hot spots in distribution boards and machinery that a visual inspection alone would miss. Where fire risk is a particular concern, we also carry out fire alarm testing to BS 5839 and lightning protection surveys for larger structures.

Engineers follow your site's existing safety procedures and permit to work systems on every visit, coordinating with your health and safety team rather than working around them. Reporting is built to withstand scrutiny from insurers, regulators and your own internal audits alike.

Check

Built for Higher Loads

Testing is built for the demands of industrial electrical systems, suited to heavier loads and higher fire risk.

Check

Early Fault Detection

Thermal imaging and detailed inspection flag failing components early, helping you avoid unplanned downtime and unnecessary site danger.

Check

Fits Your Safety Procedures

Testing works alongside your existing safety procedures and permit systems, fitting into your site rather than against it.

Check

Planned Around Shutdowns

We plan renewal visits around planned shutdowns and maintenance windows, so certification stays current without adding unplanned downtime.
