Any necessary replacement of standard plug tops. |

Any necessary replacement of fuses. |

All standard bar code labels (each asset is given a unique number). |

All standard pass or fail labels. |

A record in respect of each asset inspected and tested, that includes company name, location, description, test result and next test due date. |

An individual report on any failed items (where applicable). |
|
| |
A full copy of the report on CD-R, floppy disk or paper based test logbook. |

A P.A.T. Testing certificate. |
